Definition
The current commitment capital is equivalent to the disbursement obligation plus the remaining capital. The commitment capital in the condition header is the total of the disbursement obligation and the remaining capital at the start of the fixed period. At the start of the loan term the current commitment capital is equal to the contract capital. At the start of the fixed interest period the current commitment capital is equal to the commitment capital.
