Definition

Specifies the total other flows entered manually and relevant for payment that are due from the payer of the payoff on the payoff date.

Additional flows relating to a payoff are:

  • Manually entered flows for costs and charges, such as:
    • Processing charges
    • Trustee charges
  • Automatically generated derived flows, such as:

You can enter flows for costs and charges manually on the AdditionalFlows tab.

This field specifies the balance of other flows entered manually that are relevant for payment in contract currency.
