Definition
Number of days that must have expired since an unused outline purchase agreement was created before the agreement may be archived.

Example
An outline agreement was create on 15th January. However, no releases were ever issued against it.
If you enter 120 days as the tolerance figure, the unused agreement must remain in the system for 120 calendar days before it may be archived.
This outline agreement will not then be taken into account by the system in the archiving run until 15th May at the earliest.
