Definition
Determines the access to transfer orders, which do not belong to the user's queue:
Value 1 - No limitation: Users are allowed to process transfer orders irrespective of their queue assignment.
Value 2 - Strict limitation: An error message will be displayed informing the user that he/she is about to process a transfer order from a queue to which he/she is not assigned.
Value 3 - Warning: A warning message will be displayed informing the user that he/she is about to process a transfer order from a queue to which he/she is not assigned.
