Definition

This indicator defines that the information for the message to the R/2 system is to be taken from the transfer order source item.

• If the indicator is set to "1", a communication record is created immediately.
  
• If the indicator is set to "2", a further indicator in the material master record is activated. This second indicator (Message to IM) determines whether a communication record is to be set up immediately or whether an accumulated message is to be created by starting a program.
