Definition
When the send process starts, the waiting send requests are divided into packages by the send dispatcher, and are transferred to the actual send process in parallel or in succession. If problems occur, in order that send process does not run for too long, it sends only as many send requests as the set time allows. This time is usually long enough for the send process to send the whole package.
If this is not the case, the remaining send requests are transferred to send process again by the send dispatcher.
The time is calculated according to the size of the package and a timeout factor in seconds, which is determined by using this value.
