Definition
A 'communication method' specifies the software component used to dispatch a message or object.
Choose SAPconnect if you want to use the RFC based solution that has been in existence since 3.1G.
Choose SAPcomm if you want to use the former SAP communication server solution (X.400, fax or SAPoffice mail).
Note: SAPcomm is not being developed any further and will no longer be delivered to customers. Please switch your communication connection to SAPconnect.
