Definition
This field specifies the number of all calls to the relevant component (destination) by the relevant user or from the relevant action.
Use The total number of calls to a component (destination) is totalled for each call subrecord. In combination with the data from the statistics mainrecord, the collector creates the aggregates in the call statistics.
