Definition
The default replenishment lead time that the system proposes in case the material master record does not contain either of the following times:
The system proposes the default replenishment lead time in calendar days (including weekends).
Use
If, during sales order processing, the system takes the replenishment lead time into account, it automatically confirms for delivery all sales order items for which the material availability date falls after the lead time.
Example
If, for example, it takes 15 days to reorder, receive, and warehouse a material, the system confirms all sales order items that must be ready for delivery after the 15-day lead time.
