If you want to compare the results of the evaluation with the results of the individual persons, you must consider the following:

The personal results in payroll accounting can deviate from the results of the evaluation. This is generally caused by the fact that roundings and used percentage rates in the evaluation are carried out with totalled amounts. In payroll accounting, however, these roundings and percentage rates are applied to amounts of an individual (personal) personnel number.

With the help of this parameter, you can output the differences between personal determination and evaluation-based calculations.
