Status defined as previous status for the document status of the entered document type.
Use
You can define a status network for each document type, in which one or more previous status is defined for a particular document status.
If you set a new status, the system checks whether the current status is one of the previous statuses defined.
Dependencies
When you create or change a document, the system determines the possible entries for the specific document according to the status network.
