Definition
You use this parameter when you want a printout of the totals sheets after the individual detail blocks for the specified sort criteria have been printed.
Procedure
To have totals sheets printed for certain sort criteria, enter an "X" for each one you want in the appropriate field in the parameter. Where you do not require a totals sheet, leave the field blank.
Examples
In the SAP standard version this parameter is preset as follows:
Sort sequence ABC
Totaling required XXX
This means that a printout of totals sheets is required after each block of the specified criteria has been printed.
However, if you are using the same sort sequence, but are only interested in totals at the personnel area level, you should set the parameters as follows:
Sort sequence ABC
Totaling required X
