Definition
You can display the defined shift abbreviation in three different formats:
- Bold
- Italics
- Underlined
Use
This allows you to specify which font is to be used to display shifts.
In this way, you can display shifts that belong to the same category in the same font, such as working times (flextime), absences (sickness), and attendances (seminar visit). You can also specify, for example, that a certain planning status is to be highlighted using a different font.
This means that you can easily distinguish between different business situations depicted in the shift plan.
Note
In the standard SAP system, fonts are not used to define shift abbreviations, but only to display different business statuses in your shift plan, such as:
- Requirements assignments exist
- Changed or unsaved shifts exist
- Employee working time preferences exist
