Definition
Here, you can set priorities for colors in case collisions occur in the shift plan..
Use
If you define colors for the different planning statuses, collisions may occur in a cell in the shift plan, especially if more than one planning status is valid for the cell in question.
As the cell can only display one color, you can use the colors to determine which color the cell is to display in the case of a collision.
The priorities only relate to the color itself, and not to the shade of the color (normal, intense, inverted).
Remember that any color settings made under General Color and Font Formattings always overwrite the color defined for the shift abbreviation.
You can use the numbers 1-9 to sort.
Number 1 has the highest priority.
Example
You have defined an abbreviation, XX, with color yellow in your shift group.
Under General Color and Font Formattings, you have set priority 1 and color red for planning status requirements assignments exist, and priority 2,color green and shade inverse for planning status Additional shifts exist per day.
On a day with shift XX, a personnel requirement and an additional shift (such as a partial-days doctor's appointment) now exists.
As the color settings under General Color and Font Formattings overwrite the color set for each shift abbreviation, and as you have assigned priority 1 to planning status requirements assignments exist, the cell is highlighted in red. Furthermore, the cell is displayed in the inverse font, as there is an additional shift.
