Definition
This parameter defines the period prior to the begin of the daily work schedule which should be taken into account in the evaluation.
e.g.: Daily work schedule begin: 8:00 a.m.
Time period prior to work begin time: 03 (hours)
--> All time events from 5:00 a.m. onward are included in the evaluation.

Use
The system determines the attendance status on the basis of time events which are a certain number of hours ahead of the evaluation time.
Procedure
In the Hours before evaluation field, enter the maximum number of hours which may lie between the last recorded time and the evaluation time.
Examples
You want to check the attendance status on 02/20/1996 at 08:03:00. The attendance status is determined on the basis of the last time event which may be no more than 3 hours before the evaluation time. In the Hours before evaluation field, enter '03'.
