Definition
Number of days from the current date, when permits should be issued.
Use
Entering the period of time controls the traffic light display in the permit list.
The traffic light display depends on the answers to the following questions:
- Is the permit issue required, merely recommended, or not necessary?
- At which point must or should the permit be issued?
The following times can be selected in the master record for permits:
- The release of the order
Reference date here is the basic start date for the order
- The technical completion of the order
Reference date here is the basic end date for the order
Example
Four permits have been assigned to an order with basic start date 20.05.2005:
- P-1: Issue at release required
- P-2: Issue at release recommended
- P-3: Issue at release not necessary
- P-4: Issue at release required
Permits P-1, P-2 und P-3 have not yet been issued, P-4 was issued on 16.05.2005.
Length of time until key date: 4 days
Traffic light display on:
Permit 14.05.2005 17.05.2005 20.05.2005
