The system archives those returns lots that were successfully posted prior to the date you enter here.
It does not archive those returns lots that, following posting, exist in the system for less than the minimum number of days you specified in Customizing.
Independently of your Customizing settings, the minimum runtime for returns lots stored in the program is 30 days.

You enter the Runtime for Returns Lots in Customizing.

The system archives those transactions which:
- Are subject to reporting, and
- have not been changed since the date entered, and which
- Meet all selection conditions.
Those transactions that, following posting, have not been in the system for the number of days defined in the system are not archived.
Independent of the settings in Customizing, the minimum runtime for transactions subject to reporting is stored in the program as 30 days.
