Use
This field contains the number of daily working hours as specified
in the Work schedule rule , or the percentage values in the
Employment percentage field.
An entry in this field automatically changes the
Employment percentage, Weekly working hours,
Monthly working hours and Annual working hours
fields. If an employee does not work exactly as stipulated in his or
her work schedule, the value in this field must either be
increased or reduced. The above fields are then adjusted automatically.

Use
This field specifies how many hours the employee must work per day.
The system determines the value from the work schedule rule.
Procedure
If an employee does not work exactly according to the planned specifications in his or her monthly work schedule, you must increase or decrease the value in this field accordingly. The employment percentage, weekly working hours, monthly working hours , and annual working hours fields are then changed automatically.
