Definition
Specifies which tax conditions are used as a basis for the taxation of payments (according to the Income Tax Law - EStG).
Use
You specify the 1 Subject to Tax Without Restrictions tax procedure for an employee who lives in Austria and is paid an income.
You specify the 2 Subject to Tax With Restrictions tax procedure for an employee who lives outside Austria but is paid an income in Austria that might be taxed within Austria depending on the double taxation convention.

Dependencies
For each tax procedure, there can be various reasons for full or partial tax exemption. You enter these reasons in the Tax Exemption field. In Customizing, you can define which combinations of tax procedure and tax exemption reasons are permitted.
