Definition

The field AUTH_AG is used for authorization checks in Travel Planning.

The system determines which travel agency status the travel plan has. A status is first assigned when the plan is created. The planning data is then forwarded to the travel agency with that status. When the work is completed, the travel agency sets the appropriate status and back- synchronizes it.

Use

The possible values of the status are defined by the customer in Customizing under Maintain Travel Agency Status.
