Definition
The selected values are passed down the hierarchy from the cursor position. If the impart begins with initial values, these are skipped. The following rules apply:
- Plan dates
The planned start date in the level below is updated if it has not yet been set or is before the date of the higher-level document.
The planned end date in the level below is updated if it has not yet been set or is after the date of the higher-level document.
Exception:
Neither planned start nor planned end date of the dependent document is between the planned start and planned end date of the higher-level document.
- Status
If an impart sets an initial status to a value, and if the actual start date is also an initial value, then the actual start date is set to the current date.
- Resource
Imparted resources are added to existing ones.
