Definition

Indicates a special case, as follows:

  • If the contract account contains an alternative payer or payee, the following icon appears:

    @A0@ (Alt. Payer/Payee)

  • If there is an alternative payment agreement, the following icon appears:

    @0R@ (Alt. Pymt Agreement)

  • If the business partner is not the contract account holder, but is entered as the alternative payer/payee in the contract account, the following icon appears:

    @JL@ (BP No. Is Alt. Payer or BP No. Is Alt. Payee)

  • If the business partner is not the contract account holder, but is entered as the payerin the contract account, the following icon appears:

    @ID@ (Pays with BP No.)

  • If the contract account is locked in another transaction - meaning that it cannot be selected for changes the following icon appears:

    @AG@ (Data Locked in Other Transaction)

  • If there are several alternative payees, the following icon appears:

    @0W@ (Several Alternative Payees)

    You cannot process this case with transaction FPP4.

If there is more than one of these special cases, the following icon appears:

@AH@ (Special Case)
