Automatic interpolation of an additional meter reading result, if a valid result already exists for the entry interval, depends on the settings for the meter reading reason. Make these setting in customizing by choosing Utilities Industry -> Device Management -> Meter Reading -> Meter Reading Order -> Order Creation -> Define Automatic Interpolation for Meter Reading Reasons.
