Definition
This key shows the document status.
Procedure
Use
If a status network is defined for the document type you can
choose a status among the entry possibilities which is supported in
the current processing situation when you create or
change.
Dependencies
You can find more information with an additional colored release indicator:
- If the document version is released
- In which time interval the version is released
You define the status network in Customizing work step Define document type level Define document status.

Use
You can select documents according to their status as follows:
- Document that have a certain status set
Example: Documents who have the current status In proccessing
- Documents that have had this status at least once during a time period
Example: Documents that have had or have the status released
Dependencies
You want to find documents during a period of time according to their status. You can make the search this more specific with:
Procedure
If you want to find a document based on itscurrent status it is not important at whot point in time the status was set. Simply enter the status.
