Definition
With calls of the ORACLE functions 'fetch_oracle_cursor' and 'array_fetch_oracle_cursor', the number of hits of a successfully prepared and started SELECT statement is transported to the user process.
In the first case, the number of hits is reduced by one line and this line is transferred to the 1-line buffer. Otherwise, the number of hits is reduced by several lines which are transferred into the multiline buffer.
