Definition

During one dialog step several communication steps between frontend and

application server can take place. These communication steps are

necessary to control the new GUI tools ('controls') on the frontend.

The 'GUI time' is the accumulated time spent on the fontend and in the

network (but not on the application server) during one dialog step in

ms.

The 'Roundtrips' represent the number of communitcation steps between

application server and frontend during one dialog step.

The 'FE (Frontend) net time' is the time consumed in the network for the

first transfer of data from the frontend to the application server and

the last transfer of data from the application server to the frontend

(during one dialog step) in ms.
