Definition

This indicator tells you how old a payroll result is. It can have one of three specifications.

• Specification 'A':
  Used for a payroll result generated by the last payroll run, that is, the result is current.
  
• Specification 'P':
  Used when a payroll result has been replaced by a new record during a retroactive accounting run. It then becomes the predecessor of the current record.
  
• Specification 'O':
  A payroll result is marked 'O' when it has been replaced by at least two retroactive accounting runs, that is the record is no longer current, nor is it the predecessor of the current record.

Use

Please enter one of the three specifications for this indicator here. This will specify which payroll results are reorganized by the report run. The three possible entries each affect the reorganization in different ways:

• Entry 'A':
  This enables you to reorganize all payroll results up to the date of reorganization. You may also specify this date yourself.
• Entry 'P':
  This entry reorganizes all records with the indicator 'P', i.e., those immediately predating the current records. It also reorganizes the out-of-date records, i.e. those with an 'O' as indicator. The records that remain are 'A' records (current records). The reorganization date is also valid here.
• Entry 'O':
  This entry reorganizes records compiled prior to the reorganization date and which are marked with 'O' as being out-of-date. This leaves
  only the 'A' and 'P' records.
