Definition

Specify the user who you want to have authorization for displaying the process route.

Select one of the following options:

• None: Only the author of the process route can display the process route.
• Agents: The user who is editing the current process route item can display the process route.
• People Involved in Process: All users involved in the process route display it.
• All: Any user can display the process route.

You can also enter other authorized users for the Display action. To do this, select Other and choose the pushbutton next to the checkbox.

Use

Dependencies

These settings do not influence the authorization profile. You cannot extend an authorization here. A user whose authorization profile forbids certain actions cannot perform these actions by being included in this field.
