Definition

Enter who should be authorized to change the process route.

The authorization for Change covers the actions Display, Add and Delete of process route items and the changing position data.

Select one of the following possibilities:

• None: Only the creator of the process route has change authorization.
• Agent: The agent of the current process route item may change the process route.
• People involved in process: All agents involved may make changes
• All: Everybody may change the process route

In addition, you can maintain further authorized persons for the action Change. Select the checkbox Continue and choose the button on the right next to the checkbox.

Use

Dependencies

The settings here do not have an influence on the authorization profile. The authorization added here CANNOT be extended here. A user who does not have authorization for an action due to his authorization cannot gain this authorization by being included in this field.
