Definition

Specify the user who you want to have authorization for adding new items to the process route.

Select one of the following options:

• None: Only the author of the process route can add items.
• Agents: The user who is editing the current process route item can add items.
• People Involved in Process: All users involved in the process can add items.
• All: Any user can add items.

You can also enter other authorized users for the Add action. To do this, select Other and choose the pushbutton next to the checkbox.

Use

Dependencies

These settings do not influence the authorization profile. You cannot extend an authorization here. A user whose authorization profile forbids certain actions cannot perform these actions by being included in this field.
