Documentation
Definition
Infotypes and subtypes are managed time-dependently in the HR application. You have, therefore, two options:
Set Infotype for Key Date indicator:
The date you enter is saved by the system alongside the infotype/subtype in the record entry. If you subsequently display the infotype/subtype from the record, it is always the infotype/subtype for the personnel number that was current on the key date.
Set Each Current Infotype indicator:
The system saves each current date alongside the infotype/subtype in the record entry. If you subsequently display the infotype/subtype from the record, it is always the infotype/subtype for the personnel number that was current at the time of display.
