Use
You can enter a text that is to become part of the unique name.
To insert blank spaces in the unique name at the end of the text, enclose the text in apostrophes (for example, '-'). These apostrophes at the start and end are not transferred to the unique name.
Dependencies
Example
Supplementary Documentation - SRMRGLTEXT0008
Use
Enter a character that you want the system to insert as a separator in the unique record number before or after text input.
If you have entered a value of zero for the minimum length of text input, text input is optional for the user. The separator you specify is only inserted in the unique record number if the user has entered a text when generating it.
To insert a space after the separator in the unique record number, enclose this separator character in apostrophes (for example, ' - '). The system does not insert the apostrophes, however, just the space.
