Definition

You can enter one or more keywords, There are various ways of doing this:

  • Using the keyword catalog. To use the keyword catalog, choose the arrow on the right to open input help. The key word catalog is displayed. You are provided with a predefined selection of keywords, from which you can select one or more words by double-clicking them. To take over the keywords, choose Take over (green checkmark).
  • If free entry of keywords is permitted, you can enter the keywords directly into the input field. You can add several keywords at a time, dividing them with a plus sign (+).
  • If free entry of keywords is permitted, you can also use multiple selection. To use multiple selection, choose the arrow on the right and enter one keyword in each input field. To include the keyword in the list, press Return. To return to the initial screen, choose OK (green checkmark).
