Definition
When you set this flag, you activate the additionally maintained recipients of messages in relation to exceeded deadlines. If you do not set the flag, the additionally maintained recipients are ignored when the messages are sent.
You can tell from the traffic light symbol whether additional deadline recipients have been maintained. If the traffic light is green, recipients have been maintained. If the traffic light is inactive, this is not the case. Choose the traffic light symbol to go to the maintenance screen for additional recipients.
Use
This process enables you to deactivate the additionally maintained deadline recipients without deleting them.
