Documentation
Definition
When you set this flag, you activate the additionally maintained authorizations for the corresponding activity. Removing the flag deactivates the authorizations. These remain stored for the activity, however.
Use
This process allows you to deactivate the authorizations without deleting them.
Dependencies
You can tell from the traffic light symbol whether additional authorizations are maintained. If the traffic light is green, authorizations are maintained. If the traffic light is inactive, no additional authorizations are maintained. Click on the traffic light button to go to the maintenance dialog for additional authorizations.
