Definition

Use

• Set this indicator if you want the system to start the release process only if a contract does not comply with the underlying product.

  This is useful when processing mass transactions if you want to authorize your administrators to activate contracts that comply with the values within the given product straight away.

• Do not set this indicator if you want the system to activate the release process only according to your settings in the IMG section Release, in other words, independently from the check against the product.

Dependencies

If you have set this indicator you also need to make settings for the appropriate release object in the IMG settings for Release.

If you want the system to always start the release process when the product is breached and only then, do not define any further restrictions regarding the company code and the threshold value in the IMG activity Define Release Status Parameters. Only define the release status for this product type and the relevant release object.
