Use the Roadmap flavor attribute to determine for which flavors of a specific Roadmap type the node will be valid. The roles and subject areas you may assign to a node depend on the flavor you have selected.

Use

Use the option valid for specified flavor to restrict the validity of a node in the Roadmap structure for selected flavors. Customers will not see this node in all other Roadmap flavors. Set the validity for Roadmap flavors before you assign roles and subject areas.

Dependencies

The roles and subject areas you may assign depend on the Roadmap flavor you have selected. Once you have selected a variant, the unassignable roles and subject areas are grayed out.
