Use
Values from 1 to 9, whereby 9 means very good and 1 means low support.
Dependencies
Example
Members of agent group 1 speak very good Englich, that is, they support the value 'English' of the attribute 'Language' with a high quality, for example, 9.
Members of agent group 2 do not speak English very well, that is, they support the value 'English' of the attribute 'Language' with a low quality, for example, 1.
