Documentation
Definition
The routing server supports the download of routing scenarios, agent groups, and other data from the SAP system to the router. Based on this data, a request (for example, a call) is then routed, that is, sent to an agent.
Use
Activate this indicator if the routing server supports the download according to the RFC interface description of business routing. Do not activate this indicator if the routing server does not support the download and instead accesses the SAP databases at runtime or performs routing without SAP data, for example.
Dependencies
In order for the server to receive data, it has to be assigned in the maintenance of routing scenarios to the scenarios whose data is to be downloaded.
Example
The internal router supports the download of data. To show this, the indicator is displayed as not ready for input. The router then only receives data if you assign it to a scenario.
