Definition
The assigned end status is set automatically after the signature.
Use
Dependencies
An end status is only effective if there is an existing strategy in the Signature Strategy field.
Example
You have specified the following status schema:
Document status signature strategy end status
IN_PROCESS
IN_REVIEW MYSIGNATURE RELEASED
RELEASED
DECLINED
The author of the document changes its status from IN_PROCESS to IN_REVIEW and saves the document. The author must then be the first signatory this starts the authorization procedure MYSIGNATURE. If the author does not sign, the document cannot be saved in the status IN_REVIEW. When the authorization procedure has finished (all signatures required by the signature strategy have been made), the document is given the status RELEASED. If no end status is specified, it stays in the status IN_REVIEW.
