Use

A publication is always assigned to one division. You can use divisions to organize your sales and distribution processes according to groups of similar products or product lines. Example

If a sales organization sells newspapers and magazines both by means of subscriptions and via wholesalers, each of these distribution channels can be subdivided into the divisions newspapers and magazines.
