Definition
A site contains a certain number of extension numbers that are provided by one or more PBX's. The connection between the SAP system and the PBX's of a site is made by telephony servers. Therefore, a site contains one or more telephony servers.
The site attributes (prefix, country, length of extension numbers) apply to all the telephony servers in a site.
In addition, you can allow extension numbers for certain users (user groups) only for a site ('Extension numbers: Maintenance authorizations'). When users try to assign themselves extension numbers, the system checks whether they have authorization. If the user does not have authorization, an appropriate message is output.
