Definition

A flag is used to inform the SAP system whether a server is capable of reporting the end of an incoming call.

Incoming calls are saved only temporarily in SAPphone, so that the data is available for further processing. A new call usually overwrites the data from the previous call.

If a server is to report the end of an incoming call to the SAP system, an existing call is only overwritten by a new incoming call if the older call has already been completed. If the server does not report the end of incoming calls,a new call always overwrites the existing data.

To determine whether the server has this capailitiy, you can use the pushbutton 'Check call end setting': instructions for the test which are supported by wizard are then displayed.
