Definition
The RFC destination of the telephony server describes access to the software components of the telephone system outside SAP. The access path is maintained in the SAP system.
In the case of central architecture, the RFC destination describes access to the central telephony server.
In the case of local or client-server architecture, the RFC destination describes access to the software components installed on each work center.
