Definition
The flag indicates that incoming calls should always be displayed by an express message.
The display of an incoming call is dependent on the system architecture: in the case of central installations (external software on a central telephony server), display is via express message with access to the SAPphone incoming window, in the case of local installations (external software on the work center), the window is opened directly with the data.
Users who work at a work center with local installation can, however, choose to have the data displayed by express message instead.
