If this flag is set for an extension, this extension can be used for functions in connection with call queues. These functions are:
Registering in and deregistering from a queue
Setting the agent status (Ready, Not ready...)
The extension can also be used for all telephone functions (for example, initiating calls, transferring calls, initiating conferences).
Extensions without this flag can only be used for the telephone functions.
