Definition
This flag indicates whether a telephony server is capable of processing numbers in canonical format.
A canonical number has the following format:
+country (area code) recipient extension, e.g. +49 (6227) 99-9999
If this flag is set, in the case of outgoing calls, the number to be dialled is converted into canonical format and transferred in this format.
