Definition

The flag indicates whether the work center supports incoming calls.

If the flag is not set, incoming calls are not reported to this work center, irrespective of the user settings.

In addition, it is possible for the telephony server to query, at regular intervals, which work centers support incoming calls in SAP, so that extensions do not have to be continuously monitored for incoming calls. The work center is only included in the list when the flag is set.
