Definition
This parameter specifies the criteria according to which dates/deadlines are sorted. The following entries are permissible:
- B : Sort according to COMPANY CODE
- W : Sort according to PERSONNEL AREA
- B : Sort according to PERSONNEL SUBAREA
- K : Sort according to COST CENTER
- O : Sort according to ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT
- S : Sort according to ADMINISTRATOR
- P : Sort according to PERSONNEL NUMBER
- T : Sort according to TYPE OF DEADLINE/DATE
- M : Sort according to REMINDER DATE
- T : Sort according to DEADLINE DATE
- N : Sort according to SURNAME
These criteria are fixed and may not be changed.
By assigning priorities 1 to 9 and A and B in the 'sort sequence' field, you can define the sorting priority, 1 being the highest, 2 the second highest, 9 the ninth highest and A and B the tenth and eleventh highest priority.
If you do not want to use certain sort criteria, enter a blank in the field in question.
Example
If you choose
BWBKOSPTMTN
123456789AB as the sort sequence
data is first sorted according to COMPANY CODE, and then by PERSONNEL AREA, PERSONNEL SUBAREA, etc.
If you choose
BWBKOSPTMTN
21 as the sort sequence
data is first sorted by DEADLINE TYPE and then by PERSONNEL NUMBER. The other criteria are not taken into account in the sort.
