Use
This parameter enables you to specify the criteria for sorting the payroll journal.
The following criteria are available for you to choose from:
Criterion Indicators
Company code A
Personnel area B
Personnel subarea C
Cost center D
Employee group E
Employee subgroup F
Organizational unit G
Social insurance number H
Personnel number I
Name J
Procedure
You determine the sort sequence by entering each of the criteria indicators you want in the parameter in whatever sequence you require, leaving no spaces in between.
In the SAP standard version the parameter is preset as follows:
Sort sequence ... ABC
This parameter setting will sort according to company code (highest priority), then according to the personnel areas under the company code (second highest priority) and finally according to the personnel subareas under the personnel area (third highest priority).
Examples
You want to sort according to company code, cost center, employee group and employee subgroup.
Solution:
Sort sequence ... ADEF
Dependencies
The sort criteria "Social insurance number", "Personnel number" and "Name" should only be used as a last sort criterion.
